SEN - Frontend Developer (ReactJS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead frontend development efforts using ReactJS, TypeScript, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes and designs into high-quality code.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices and design patterns.
• Drive code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate frontend with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices and platforms.
• Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend technologies and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2+ years in ReactJS.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, Redux / Context API, HTML5, CSS3/SASS.
• Experience with TypeScript and component-based architecture.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and modern frontend tooling.
• Experience with Git version control and collaborative workflows.
• Knowledge of unit testing using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or server-side rendering.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or DevOps basics.
• Background in design systems or building reusable component libraries.
• Understanding of SEO, web performance optimization, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
