Role Overview

As a Semiconductor Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top professionals across VLSI, ASIC, FPGA, and related domains. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for semiconductor roles

• Source candidates across platforms including LinkedIn and other channels

• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit

• Build & maintain talent pipelines for niche skill sets (RTL design, verification, physical design, etc.)

• Coordinate interviews and drive offer negotiations

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (semiconductor or deep-tech preferred)

• Strong understanding of semiconductor roles (ASIC, SoC, VLSI, FPGA)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
