Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Semi-Qualified Professional based in Chennai. The responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of financial reports, auditing, and analyzing financial data to ensure compliance with industry standards. The role involves active collaboration with instructors to develop commerce-oriented curriculum, providing student support through guidance and mentoring, and managing course-related documentation. Additionally, the professional will support the organization in delivering quality coaching and skill courses efficiently.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, with a strong foundation in CA or CMA coursework
• Proficiency in financial analysis, data interpretation, and skill-based training development
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentorship abilities to guide students effectively
• Organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely delivery of tasks and responsibilities
• Proficiency in using technology tools for e-learning platforms, video content creation, and documentation
• Previous experience in teaching, coaching, or financial consulting is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
