• Compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 & SEBI Regulations and applicable listing requirements

• Stock exchange and other regulatory compliances

• Corporate secretarial and governance matters

• Other legal and corporate compliance-related work

Qualification:

• Pursuing Company Secretary (CS)

• Only Semi-Qualified CS candidates should apply
