Semi-Qualified Company Secretary
Location: Gurugram, Sector 32
We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary to support our corporate secretarial, legal, and compliance functions. The role includes ROC filings, board and shareholder meeting documentation, due diligence, fundraising compliance, FEMA/RBI filings, and assistance in contract vetting and regulatory reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want hands-on exposure to end-to-end secretarial and legal compliance in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Semi-qualified Company Secretary (CS Executive/Professional level)
02 years of experience in corporate secretarial, legal, or compliance roles
Knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, RBI regulations, labour laws, and startup compliance is desirable
Strong drafting, documentation, and liaison skills
High ownership, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
