Role Overview

We are seeking a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance and Accounts team. The ideal candidate will support financial operations, ensure compliance, assist with audits, and contribute to effective financial management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial statements.

Assist in finalization of accounts, preparation of MIS reports, and month-end closing activities.

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.

Support internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely responses and documentation.

Manage vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial processes.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Requirements

Semi-qualified CA (CA Inter cleared) with 13 years of relevant experience (including Articleship).

Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems preferred).

Advanced Excel skills; analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
