Job Description

Job Title: Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, taxation, compliance, audits, MIS reporting, and assisting in strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, sound accounting knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: 3-6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and oversee day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
  • Assist in preparation and filing of tax returns and regulatory submissions.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
  • Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support management with financial insights and decision-making.
  • Liaise with banks, consultants, and government authorities when required.
  • Assist in process improvement and implementation of financial controls.

Qualifications:

  • Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Intermediate/IPCC cleared).
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, ERP, or similar platforms.

  • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel functions.
