This is a full-time on-site role as a Semi-qualified CA, based in Pune City. The role includes preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in auditing processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and governmental regulations. Responsibilities also involve tax planning, finalization of accounts, and preparing financial reports. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the organization's financial processes and contribute to strategic planning.

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
• Experience with auditing procedures and compliance regulations
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with financial software and advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, along with strong communication and time-management skills
• Experience with corporate or client/project accounting is beneficial
• Pursuing or completing CA Intermediate/Final level or equivalent certification
• Prior work experience or internship in relevant fields is advantageous
