Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven SEM Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, AdRoll, LinkedIn Ads, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with performance marketing tools, and a proven track record of managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- AdRoll (retargeting and display)
- LinkedIn Ads (sponsored content, InMail, lead gen forms)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage campaign budgets with precision and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
- Implement tracking mechanisms (UTMs, pixels, conversion tracking).
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 34 years of hands-on experience in SEM and paid media.
- Proven success managing monthly ad budgets of $3,000$20,000.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPL, LTV, and funnel attribution.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and budget tracking.
- Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on performance.
- Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS/ERP domain.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
