Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven SEM Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, AdRoll, LinkedIn Ads, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with performance marketing tools, and a proven track record of managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • AdRoll (retargeting and display)
  • LinkedIn Ads (sponsored content, InMail, lead gen forms)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Manage campaign budgets with precision and ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and conversion metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms (UTMs, pixels, conversion tracking).
  • Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 34 years of hands-on experience in SEM and paid media.
  • Proven success managing monthly ad budgets of $3,000$20,000.
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPL, LTV, and funnel attribution.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and budget tracking.
  • Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on performance.
  • Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS/ERP domain.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
