We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency that works with bold, growth-driven brands across industries. Our team thrives on creativity, performance, and a test-and-learn mindset. We're now looking for a results-oriented SEM Executive to join our performance marketing team and manage paid campaigns across Google and Meta, while also contributing to SEO efforts.

Roles and responsibilties -

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting.
  • Set up, monitor, and manage ad campaigns with clear performance metrics.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and platform insights.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports and suggest data-backed optimizations.
  • Work with the design/content team for creatives and landing page alignment.
  • Support ongoing SEO initiatives keyword planning, on-page SEO, and basic off-page coordination.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, and new features.

What We're Looking For -

  • 13 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
  • Strong understanding of campaign objectives, KPIs, bidding strategies, and pixel tracking
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Meta Business Suite
  • Analytical mindset and good with numbers
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently
  • Team player with a learning attitude

ative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Intern to join our design team. The role involves assisting in the creation of animated visuals, social media content, explainer videos, and brand communication assets that bring ideas to life through motion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design team in developing engaging motion graphics and animations for digital platforms.
  • Create short-form video content for social media, campaigns, and internal projects.
  • Assist in storyboarding, visual concepting, and asset preparation.
  • Edit and animate typography, icons, product visuals, and brand elements.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure creative consistency.
  • Stay updated with trends in animation, visual storytelling, and video design.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Basic understanding of animation principles and visual design.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to varied creative briefs.
  • Strong sense of timing, movement, and attention to visual details.
  • A creative mindset and willingness to experiment with new formats and ideas.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of Adobe creative suite, animation software
  • Experience in motion graphics for branding or social media.
  • Interest in storytelling, typography, and sound design.
