Description

We are seeking a Seller Support representative in India, suitable for freshers/entry-level candidates, to assist our sellers in navigating our platform and ensuring their success.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to sellers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist sellers with their queries related to account management, product listings, and order fulfillment.
• Resolve issues related to seller performance metrics and provide guidance to improve their sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex seller issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and transactions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and online selling.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and MS Office applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
