What you'll do:
At noon, you'll work alongside some of the fastest, smartest, and most driven people in the region. Our teams are young, ambitious, and relentlessly execution-focused, working on high-impact initiatives every day.
Overview of the role:
Looking for a dynamic Operations Associate to support forward logistics, reverse operations, and seller onboarding. The role involves managing order flows, handling returns, and assisting sellers to ensure smooth marketplace operations. Ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll need:
1. Forward Operations:
- Assist in the day-to-day execution of forward logistics operations.
- Support order processing activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain optimal inventory levels and smooth shipment processes.
- Learn and contribute to the optimization of supply chain operations.
2. Reverse Operations:
- Support the management of the reverse logistics process, including returns and exchanges.
- Assist in the implementation of effective return policies to minimize costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze return trends under guidance to provide insights for process improvement.
- Work closely with the team to address and resolve return-related inquiries.
3. Seller Onboarding:
- Contribute to the onboarding process for new sellers onto our platform.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date onboarding documentation for sellers.
- Provide support in training sessions for sellers and act as a point of contact for basic inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline and enhance the overall onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Entry-level candidates or 1-3 years of relevant work experience. -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. -Eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvement.
