Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer, based in South Delhi. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with clients, managing sales operations, and meeting revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities including driving customer acquisition, providing excellent customer service, analyzing sales data, tracking performance, and collaborating with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Experience in Sales and Sales Operations to achieve targets and manage accounts efficiently
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and sales performance tracking
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Prior experience in retail or consumer goods sales is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
