Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of test automation engineers for JD Edwards (JDE) applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain Selenium-based automation frameworks tailored for JDE.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business processes and translate them into automated test scripts.
- Drive CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines.
- Ensure test coverage, quality standards, and timely delivery of automation solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define automation strategy and roadmap.
- Monitor and report on automation progress, defects, and quality metrics.

Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and Java/Python for automation scripting.
- Proven experience in creating custom Selenium frameworks for JDE applications.
- Solid understanding of JDE functional flows and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and pipeline integration.
- Expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring collaboration and high performance.
