Must Have:
- - Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python
- - Experience in building and maintaining automv 1ation frameworks (Hybrid/Keyword/Data-driven)
- - Proficiency in TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- - Hands-on experience with API testing (REST, Postman, or Rest Assured)
- - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Good to have:
- - Exposure to BDD tools like Cucumber or SpecFlow
- - Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)
- - Familiarity with Git-based version control and Agile methodology
- - Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Selenium automation frameworks
- Automate functional, regression, and smoke test suites to improve coverage
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to integrate automation in CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze test failures, debug scripts, and provide quick resolutions
- Prepare test documentation, maintain scripts, and ensure quality standards
