Sela - AI/ML Engineer - Generative AI Solutions

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in AI and Generative AI Architecture. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of designing and implementing AI solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and AI agents across cloud platforms (AWS-primary, GCP, Azure)
• Architect and implement Generative AI systems for real-world use cases
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to define AI-driven solutions
• Conduct model training, validation, A/B testing, and optimization
• Participate in technical discussions and provide thought leadership in AI/ML strategy
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and explainability
• Perform solution architecture validations for LLMs
• Put Generative AI models into production (GenAIOps)
  
  

Tech Stack & Requirements

• Experience developing and deploying AI applications in AWS, GCP, and Azure
• At least 3 years of experience putting ML models into production, with at least one live AI agent built
• 2+ years in AI development; experience with AWS Sagemaker, Bedrock, Q, Transcribe, Polly, or Google Cloud AI ML Services (Vertex, Gemini, AutoML) is preferred
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (SageMaker, Vertex AI, MLflow, Kubeflow)
• Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, CrewAI, RAG)
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Strong software engineering skills and experience with APIs
• Experience with senior stakeholder management and strong communication skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building Agentic AI systems or autonomous AI agents
• Exposure to real-time inference, edge AI, or multi-modal AI applications
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or publications
