Who should apply

You should meet most or all of the following:
- Native fluency in Urdu (reading and writing)
- Strong command of English (for prompt interpretation and evaluation)
- Deep expertise in the domain and its Indian context, including nuanced understanding such as oversimplifying Indo-Persian literary history, Deccan vs North Indian traditions, or flattening colonial-era intellectual movements.
- PhD, MPhil, or Master's degree preferred, or extensive credible experience in the field
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
Your Role
- Create advanced prompts in Urdu that challenge AI models
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, nuance, and cultural authenticity
- Identify blind spots where AI oversimplifies or misrepresents regional knowledge
- Collaborate with a global expert network shaping next-generation AI systems
