Project Role : Security Transformation Practitioner

Project Role Description : Design, develop, and implement security solutions to safeguard digital assets and business operations. Integrate security controls into enterprise systems, applications, and processes to protect against cyber threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches.

Must have skills : Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations, Microsoft Azure Active Directory

Summary:

As a Security Transformation Practitioner, your day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive security solutions that protect digital assets and support business continuity. You will work closely with various teams to integrate security measures into enterprise systems, applications, and operational processes. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization s infrastructure remains resilient against cyber threats, unauthorized access, and potential data breaches, contributing to a secure and trusted environment for business activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security strategies with organizational goals.
  • Continuously monitor and assess security controls to identify areas for improvement.
  • Document security processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging threats.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations, Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
  • Strong understanding of access control models and identity lifecycle management.
  • Experience with implementing and managing authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements related to identity management.
  • Ability to analyze security incidents and recommend appropriate remediation steps.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based identity services and integration with enterprise applications.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
