Security Training & Awareness Manager

You'll be the force behind our security culture - designing, delivering, and evolving training programs across the organization. This role mixes education, psychology, and security.

What You'll Do:

• Lead company-wide security awareness campaigns and phishing simulations

• Deliver onboarding and periodic compliance training (SOC 2, ISO 27001)

• Partner with HR and Compliance to align training with regulatory frameworks

• Maintain metrics and KPIs on training effectiveness and behavior change

• Tailor training programs for engineers, business users, and leadership

• Create or license engaging multimedia training content

What You Bring:

. 2+ years in security awareness, L&D, communications, or cyber training roles.
. Experience with awareness platforms (KnowBe4, Ninjio, Wizer, Hoxhunt, etc.).
. Understanding of common cyber threats (phishing, social engineering, password
hygiene, data protection).
. Skilled in simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
. Experience with LMS systems and training tracking.
. Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

. Instructional design background (CIPD, ATD, or similar preferred).
. Experience creating videos, micro-learning modules, or graphic content.
. Familiarity with using AI (e.g., ChatGPT) for content creation and ideation.
