Numerator is looking for a talented and passionate Cybersecurity Training & Awareness Coordinator to join our growing team. As part of our Cybersecurity team, you will play a key role in promoting and managing cybersecurity Learning & Development across our global operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance our processes.

What You'll Do:

Security Awareness & Education

• Lead company-wide security training & awareness initiatives and monthly/quarterly campaigns.
• Create and deliver onboarding training for all new employees.
• Tailor training content for specific groups: engineering, product, HR, finance, leadership teams.
• Ensure annual training compliance by all staff in the World Panel business.

Content Creation & LMS Management

• Create engaging content (videos, slides, newsletters) or manage third-party platforms like KnowBe4, Ninjio, or Wizer.
• Partner with HR on our Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure prompt training completion across departments.
• Prepare monthly dashboards for leadership showing performance and behaviour trends.
• Compliance & Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work with HR, Legal, and Compliance to align training with regulatory requirements.
• Support audit teams by providing training logs, evidence, and awareness documentation.
• Embed security messages in company newsletters, events, and internal communication channels.

• 2-4 years in security awareness, L&D, communications, or cyber training roles.
• Experience with either of Ed-tech platforms (KnowBe4, Ninjio, Wizer, Hoxhunt, etc.).
• Understanding of common cyber threats (phishing, social engineering, password hygiene, data protection).
• Skilled in simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with LMS systems and training tracking.
• Effective communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Nice to Haves:

. Experience creating videos, micro-learning modules, or graphic content.

. Familiarity with using AI (e.g., Claude, Copilot) for content creation and ideation.

. Conduct periodic mandatory compliance trainings (OWASP top 10, MFA, DATA security SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA/GDPR-based on business needs)
