Join our Enterprise Cyber Security team, as we enable our employees to reach our company goals securely. Our team&rsquos vision is for the seamless deployment, onboarding, integration, and usage of our security tools to meet the company's needs and embed security into the fabric of every technology workstream at Company. You will help deliver the new tools and platforms built by our engineering teams to the company, as well as operate and run them. Responsibilities:
- Be part of a growing team of service engineers and developers working at a global scale.
- Help deploy new security products built by our engineering teams to our internal customers.
- Constantly learn about new security technologies and platforms.
- Work in a collaborative and agile fashion with colleagues and other teams from across the world.
- Be a champion for customer engagement and the user experience.
Requirements:
- 1 to 6 years of experience working in Information Security and Infrastructure.
Required Skills:
- Good experience with certificate management and key management.
- Preferably hands-on experience with Keyfactor, Hashicorp, Digicert.
- Demonstrated understanding of information security concepts, standards, and practices, including but not limited to firewalls, intrusion prevention and detection, TCP/IP, and related protocols, device monitoring, and log management.
- Experience with troubleshooting/support at any level from L1 to L2.
- A change-management mindset, focusing on the user experience.
- Working on incident management, tasks, and change in ServiceNow.
- Attention to detail and zeal to learn.
