Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Architecture: Define, document, and implement secure solution architectures tailored to customer requirements.
  • Solution Delivery: Lead full lifecycle deployments of complex enterprise CyberArk solutions.
  • Advisory & Expertise: Provide strategic guidance on identity security, privileged access management, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Business Alignment: Assess customer priorities and recommend solutions balancing security, operational efficiency, and business impact.
  • Security Standards: Establish and promote standard practices for CyberArk solution deployment and identity security.
  • Technical Leadership: Act as a trusted expert, providing mentorship, knowledge transfer, and technical guidance to internal teams and customers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Governance & Assurance: Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and incident response to ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Enablement & Training: Deliver training, develop deployment guidelines, and support internal and external security awareness initiatives.
  • Continuous Innovation: Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends to contribute to CyberArk's security thought leadership.
  • Technical Account Management: Coordinate deployment activities, provide consulting support, and deliver technical inputs to other teams for designated customers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including enterprise solution architecture and risk management.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM).
  • Strong knowledge of privileged access management and CyberArk solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead complex enterprise deployments and security initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to evaluate security risks, recommend mitigations, and align solutions with business objectives.
