Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Security Service Delivery role based in Bengaluru. The position entails managing service delivery processes with a focus on security services, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include overseeing service performance, resolving delivery issues, monitoring customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain top-tier service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Service Delivery Management and Service Delivery processes
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and resolve issues
- Proven ability in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and managing service-related interactions
- Exceptional Communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively with teams and clients
- Experience in implementing and monitoring service-level agreements (SLAs) is a plus
- Familiarity with security service protocols and relevant certifications are an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
