Security Program Manager

Help us scale our security function by aligning cross-team initiatives, tracking OKRs, and driving clarity across engineering, IT, and leadership. This role blends strategy and execution.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain security program calendar timeline and updates

• Build KPI dashboards from 3rd party tool outputs, ideally automated

• Track progress on audit remediation, engineering security workstreams

• Facilitate security committee meetings, and executive weekly reporting

• Ensure consistent documentation and communications

• Partner with recruiting and People teams on hiring, training, and vendor onboarding

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in technical program management, PMO, or security ops

• Familiar with Agile and/or Scrum delivery frameworks for application teams

• Exceptional cross-functional communication and documentation

• Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence)

• Exposure to security/IT programs is required vs generic program manager

Nice to Haves:

• PMP, CSM, or similar certifications

• Worked in high-growth and self-starter environments

• Understand ChatGPT and prompting
