Role Description The Security Professional role at Peregrine Guarding is a full-time, on-site position based in Kakori. This role involves maintaining a secure environment by monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring access control procedures are followed. The Security Professional will identify and report potential risks, respond to incidents and emergencies, and support incident documentation and escalation as required. Daily responsibilities also include cooperating with local management and clients, complying with company security protocols and global safety standards, and participating in ongoing security training programs. The individual in this role is expected to uphold professional conduct, safeguard client assets, and contribute to a culture of safety and vigilance.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Physical Security skills, including surveillance, access control, and incident response.
• Candidates should possess Cybersecurity and Information Security skills for protecting digital assets, managing security policies, and recognizing cyber threats.
• Candidates should possess Network Security skills related to monitoring, securing, and reporting issues in basic network and system environments.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear reporting, coordination with teams, and interaction with clients and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications or training in security management, safety protocols, or law enforcement are beneficial.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, follow procedures, and exercise sound judgment in emergency situations.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with security monitoring tools and equipment.
• Prior experience in security, guarding services, or facilities management is an advantage.
