Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior OT SOC Analyst to strengthen their cybersecurity defenses across global manufacturing environments. In this role, you will monitor, detect, and respond to threats within Operational Technology (OT) systems, working closely with IT, OT, and crossfunctional teams to ensure the security, availability, and resilience of critical production operations.

What You Will Do
- Monitor OT security alerts and investigate potential cybersecurity incidents
- Perform threat analysis and recommend effective mitigation steps
- Work closely with IT and OT teams to design and implement robust security controls
- Develop, maintain, and enhance SOC procedures, documentation, and runbooks
- Participate in incident response activities, including forensic investigations
- Support continuous improvements to the organization's OT security posture
What We Are Looking For
A proactive cybersecurity specialist with solid experience in SOC operationsespecially in OT or industrial environmentswho can independently manage incidents while collaborating effectively with global teams.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field
Experience:
- 5+ years in SOC operations
- Prior experience in OT/ICS environments is preferred
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT network security
- Expertise in threat detection and analysis
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms
Language:
- Working proficiency in English
Certifications (Preferred):
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (advantageous but not mandatory)
Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
