As a Security Operations Analyst, your hands-on experience in threat detection, alert triage, and incident response will directly shape how AI systems reason through real-world SOC scenarios.

What You'll Do
- Analyze realistic SOC scenarios — including alerts, incidents, and investigation workflows — to evaluate how AI systems respond
- Classify alert severity, determine root causes, and recommend appropriate response actions
- Review and validate detection logic to ensure it reflects how analysts actually work
- Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with real-world security practices
- Provide structured, expert feedback that helps train and improve frontier AI models
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a SOC, incident response, or security operations role
- Solid familiarity with SIEM platforms, alert triage processes, and investigation workflows
- Sharp instinct for separating genuine threats from noise and false positives
- Clear written communicator who can articulate reasoning and findings concisely
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on async, task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Experience with threat hunting, malware analysis, or digital forensics
- Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK or NIST
- Background working across multiple security toolsets or environments
- Prior experience evaluating or working alongside AI-driven security tools
