Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Security Officer role for Jaguar Security Services Pvt. Ltd. located in Bengaluru. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors by patrolling and monitoring the premises, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and responding to alarms and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security preferred, minimum 4 years.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Knowledge of access controls, fire alarms, evacuation drills, loss prevention & and incident reports, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Observation and problem-solving skills
• Physical fitness and ability to perform regular security tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework in criminal justice or related field preferred

• The minimum height must be 5.8 and above.
