Key Responsibilities:
Premises Security and Safety:
Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all staff, patients, visitors, and hospital premises by maintaining constant vigilance and monitoring activities.
Patrolling and Surveillance:
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent unauthorized access, detect suspicious activities, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
Customer Assistance and Support:
Provide assistance and guidance to visitors and staff while maintaining a professional and courteous approach to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Emergency Response:
Respond promptly to emergencies such as accidents, fire hazards, security breaches, or medical incidents and provide immediate assistance when required.
Asset Protection:
Safeguard the organization's property and assets from theft, vandalism, fire hazards, and other potential risks.
Fire Prevention and Safety Monitoring:
Follow fire prevention procedures, monitor fire safety equipment, and support fire safety initiatives within the premises.
Traffic and Access Control:
Manage entry and exit points, control visitor access, and assist with traffic movement within the premises to maintain order and safety.
Incident Reporting and Investigation:
Assist in accident investigations, document incidents, and report security concerns or irregularities to the appropriate authorities.
