Security Monitoring Engineer/Network Engineer

TM Systems is growing, and as part of our plans for further expansion, we are looking for a Security Monitoring Engineer / Network Engineer to join our IT team with expertise of monitoring and maintaining the security and performance of our network systems. You will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of our network and data assets.

Position: Security Monitoring Engineer/Network Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad (India Day Time)

Working Days Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor security events and alerts generated by various security systems to identify potential security incidents.

2. Analyse security event data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies indicative of malicious activity.

3. Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.

4. Generate regular reports on security events, incidents, and trends for management and stakeholders.

5. Coordinate with other teams, such as IT, network operations, and legal, to ensure a swift and effective response to security incidents.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.

Proven experience in security monitoring, incident detection, and response

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex security event data.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

In-depth knowledge of security monitoring tools and technologies.
