Position Summary
As the Security Manager, you'll manage all security operations to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
Key Responsibilities
. Develop and enforce security procedures and emergency response plans
. Supervise the security team and coordinate shifts and assignments
. Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular inspections of the premises
. Respond to incidents, investigate security issues, and prepare detailed reports
. Coordinate with local authorities when necessary
. Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Previous experience in security management, preferably in hospitality or large facilities
. Strong leadership and crisis management skills
. Good knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
. Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
. Good communication skills
. Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts
. Excellent English communication
