Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical standards, systems, and processes to ensure operational excellence and compliance with industry regulations.
- Lead and manage cross-functional technical teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, upper management, and other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Develop, implement, and enforce technical strategies and policies that support the organization's objectives and maintain high standards of quality and security.
- Allocate and manage technical resources efficiently, including budgeting, staffing, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Ensure the technical team provides timely support and troubleshooting for system issues, maintaining high levels of service availability and performance.
- Conduct regular assessments of technical infrastructure, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing relevant advancements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical management or leadership role, preferably in a large corporate or enterprise environment.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technical projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, BMS, HVAC, Transformers, DG Operations, Solar Pannel operation and project management methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of effective cross-departmental collaboration.
- Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and risk management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with BMS operations.
- Familiarity with building code requirements and scheduling methods (for facilities-focused roles)
- Ability to inspire, energize, and lead technical teams toward high performance.
