Summary:

As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. This role focuses on maintaining robust protection measures, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, and supporting operational resilience. The practitioner actively monitors security postures, coordinates with various teams to address emerging threats, and manages service delivery to uphold client trust and system integrity throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Assist in documenting security processes and best practices to support continuous improvement.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on security service management.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Implementation.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and practices related to wide area network technologies.
• Experience in configuring and managing SD-WAN solutions to optimize security and performance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues within client environments.
• Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and operational resilience strategies.
