The practitioner actively engages with various stakeholders to coordinate security efforts, respond to emerging threats, and adapt strategies to evolving client needs, fostering a secure and reliable environment throughout the service lifecycle.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve security service delivery and operational processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align security objectives with client business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Endpoint Extended Detection and Response.
- Strong knowledge of threat detection methodologies and incident response processes related to endpoint security.
- Experience with security monitoring tools and platforms to analyze and mitigate risks effectively.
- Ability to interpret security alerts and logs to identify potential vulnerabilities and breaches.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and standards relevant to managed security services.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to implement security controls and best practices.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
