As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. This role requires continuous monitoring and management to uphold protection standards, ensure compliance with relevant policies, and maintain operational resilience. The practitioner actively engages with various stakeholders to coordinate security efforts, respond to emerging threats, and adapt strategies to evolving client needs, fostering a secure and reliable environment throughout the service lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead initiatives to improve security service delivery and operational processes.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Endpoint Extended Detection and Response.
• Strong knowledge of threat detection methodologies and incident response processes related to endpoint security.
• Experience with security monitoring tools and platforms to analyze and mitigate risks effectively.
• Ability to interpret security alerts and logs to identify potential vulnerabilities and breaches.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and standards relevant to managed security services.
