As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. This role requires continuous monitoring and management to uphold protection standards, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and maintain operational resilience. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to adapt security measures dynamically, addressing emerging threats and evolving client needs while fostering a secure and reliable infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead initiatives to improve security service delivery and operational processes.
• Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align security strategies with business objectives.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
• Experience with access control frameworks and authentication protocols.
• Knowledge of security compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to design and implement identity governance and administration solutions.
• Familiarity with risk management and incident response related to access management.
