Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate deployment, testing, commissioning, and handover of security automation systems across sites.
  • Monitor and maintain CCTV, Access Control, PIDS, ANPR, VMS, FRS, and other integrated security platforms to ensure maximum uptime and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and integration issues and coordinate timely resolution with vendors and OEMs.
  • Maintain security system databases, user access permissions, licenses, asset records, and performance dashboards.
  • Conduct site surveys, system health audits, preventive maintenance, and technology assessments.
  • Generate periodic MIS, incident reports, system performance reports, and automation status updates for management review.
  • Support training of Plant Security Heads, Security Coordinators, and site teams on automation systems and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, cyber security requirements, audit observations, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Coordinate with IT, Projects, O&M, and external vendors for seamless integration of security technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, AI-enabled surveillance, and operational improvements across security systems.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduation.
  • Experience - Minimum 10+ years.
  • Relevant technical certifications preferred.
