Responsibilities
- Supervise the security team to ensure the proper implementation of security protocols as established by Marketing King Online Pvt. Ltd.
- Maintain detailed records of visitor entries and exits, ensuring that all logs are accurate and up-to-date.
- Guard the property by conducting regular patrols and addressing any security issues or breaches.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and respond promptly to any suspicious activities or security threats.
- Provide guidance and support to security staff, ensuring that they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and report any malfunctions to ensure proper functionality.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, maintaining strong external security relationships.
- Prepare and submit detailed security reports to senior management, highlighting any significant incidents or concerns.
- Train new security personnel on the security protocols and procedures set by Marketing King Online Pvt. Ltd.
- Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures consistently.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional security or law enforcement training is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a security or supervisory role, demonstrating relevant expertise.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail in monitoring and responding to security situations.
- Proficiency in using surveillance equipment and security systems to ensure effective monitoring.
- Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions during emergency situations.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and report incidents clearly.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to security operations.
