Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Guard located in Ghaziabad. The Security Guard will be responsible for performing routine patrols and inspections, safeguarding premises, and monitoring entrances and exits. Additional duties include verifying identification, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, providing assistance to employees and visitors, and reporting any suspicious activity or security breaches. The Security Guard also acts as the first point of contact in emergencies and coordinates emergency response activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Security and Private Security operations
- Skills in Personnel Security and maintaining safety protocols
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
- High level of vigilance and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and act effectively in emergencies
- Prior experience in security roles is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
