Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Security Guard role based in Ratlam. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of premises, personnel, and assets. Daily tasks include monitoring access control systems, conducting patrols, responding to security alarms, providing assistance to visitors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and reporting incidents or suspicious activities. You will collaborate with other team members to uphold the company's security standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to communicate effectively and manage interactions with staff, visitors, and external parties.
• Proficiency in physical and personnel security measures to ensure the safety of people and property on-site.
• Experience in the fields of private security and professional guarding services.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond promptly to security concerns and emergencies.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and proficiency in operating security equipment such as alarms and access control systems.
• Prior experience as a security officer or similar role is preferred.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
