This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Guard at Le Royal Mridien Chennai, India. The Security Guard will focus on ensuring the safety and security of the premises, employees, and guests. Daily tasks include monitoring the property to prevent unauthorized access, responding to incidents, and maintaining a visible and reassuring presence. The role requires collaboration with other staff to provide exceptional service and uphold safety protocol standards.

• Strong knowledge and skills in Physical Security and Personnel Security
• Experience in Private Security and related protocols
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and a focus on maintaining Customer Service standards
• Attention to detail and ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies
• Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure
• Prior experience in a similar role and basic knowledge of safety drills is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications are advantageous
