Job Description
Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to individuals in need.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, breaches, and violations.
- Possess a minimum of 2-10 years of experience in security-related positions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and react quickly in high-pressure situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, additional certifications a plus.
