Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security Guard role based at the manufacturing facility in Jaipur. The Security Guard will monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and staff identification, and ensure adherence to security protocols within the premises. Daily responsibilities include patrolling designated areas, overseeing CCTV and alarm systems, reporting suspicious activity or incidents, and assisting in emergency situations according to company procedures. The role also involves safeguarding personnel and property, supporting access control for restricted zones, and cooperating with management and external security or law enforcement when required. The Security Guard will provide courteous assistance to employees and visitors, promoting a safe and orderly environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Physical Security and Private Security skills, including experience with patrolling, surveillance systems, and access control.
- Candidates should possess Personnel Security skills, such as verifying identities, enforcing badge policies, and protecting staff and visitors.
- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Prior experience as a Security Guard or in a related security role, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or export-oriented environments.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods, with attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Knowledge of basic safety and emergency response procedures; familiarity with incident reporting and documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant security training or certification is an advantage.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required, and to adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
