Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Security Guard position located in UAE. The role entails ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and premises on-site. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring access points, conducting routine security checks, responding promptly to security breaches or alarms, and providing assistance to visitors and employees. The Security Guard will act as a key point of contact during emergencies and ensure all security protocols are strictly followed.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with employees, visitors, and team members.
• Proficiency in Physical Security measures, such as patrolling and surveillance.
• Knowledge of Personnel Security and Private Security practices to manage on-site safety.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and provide support in a professional manner.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to remain vigilant for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of emergency protocols and safety procedures.
• Previous experience in a security-related role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
