Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Security Guard role located in Kozhikode. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining physical and personnel security, monitoring premises to prevent and address security breaches, and ensuring a safe environment for staff and visitors. Day-to-day tasks include patrolling the premises, verifying identity credentials, responding to security alerts, and providing assistance to visitors or employees as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Physical Security and Private Security practices
• Experience in Personnel Security management
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills to handle diverse interactions gracefully
• Customer Service skills to address inquiries and provide assistance effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant
• Physical fitness to perform patrolling and handle security tasks as required
• Prior experience in a security role is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional security training or certifications are a plus
