Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Guard to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees and visitors. The Security Guard will be responsible for monitoring premises, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents to ensure the safety of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
- Patrol the premises regularly to ensure safety and security.
- Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and effectiveness.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances promptly.
- Prepare and maintain reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3-10 years of experience in security or related field.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Ability to operate security systems and equipment, including CCTV and alarm systems.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Physical fitness and stamina for patrolling and responding to incidents.
- Valid security guard license or certification as per Indian regulations.
