Summary:

As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, and training resources. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress and quality outcomes. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee project milestones and ensure timely delivery of security services.
• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align objectives and resolve challenges.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project stability.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ping Identity.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and technologies.
• Experience with security protocols and standards relevant to identity management.
• Ability to design and implement scalable security solutions within enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with integration of Ping Identity products with various applications and platforms.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex security issues related to identity services.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Ping Identity.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
