As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, and training resources. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress and quality outcomes. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project milestones and ensure timely delivery of security services.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes and service quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to security event management.
- Experience in incident detection, response, and remediation within security operations.
- Ability to analyze complex security data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with integrating SIEM solutions with other security tools and platforms.
- Skilled in managing and optimizing security event workflows and alerting mechanisms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
