As a Security Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their unique business protection needs. This role focuses on shaping comprehensive security strategies tailored to each client s environment. The practitioner designs robust solutions that enhance cyber resilience and provides ongoing guidance to ensure the effectiveness of these measures. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives is a key aspect, along with continuously monitoring the evolving threat landscape to recommend proactive improvements. The role demands a thoughtful approach to safeguarding organizational assets while supporting clients throughout their security journey.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess current security postures and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Develop and document security strategies that align with client business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the implementation of security solutions and provide expert advice during deployment phases.
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
  • Continuously stay informed about emerging cyber threats and industry trends to advise clients effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Experience with identity and access management frameworks and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate security risks and design appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to configure and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ components to meet client requirements.
  • Familiarity with integration of identity governance solutions within complex IT environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize security controls.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
