Security Consultant

Role Summary:

As a Security Consultant, you will have to lead, manage, and execute enterprise-wide security projects. You will be required to engage with clients to understand their security needs, scope solutions and initiatives, drive the creation of project deliverables such as drafting reports, assessment of reports, executive summaries, and support in the delivery of the project.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute security assessments, analyze potential security threats by conducting assessments/ audits and searching/ identifying for potential breaches.

• Conduct and lead threat vulnerability & risk assessment for our clients.

• Drafting/ formulating of report based on assessment & findings.

• Developing security design as per the project assessment/ requirement and in line with client requirement.

• Engage with the clients to understand the requirements, provide regular updates on project status, answer queries and present the reports and findings.

• Ability to work on the business continuity plan and has a sound know how of the same.

• Sound knowledge of crisis management methodologies and related requirements.

• Participate in the creation, review, and update of security policies, provide complex technical advice, recommendations and consultancy on services provided. Provide or assist with implementation/ security documentation.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in the security space.

Qualification and Experience requirement:

• Graduate or Postgraduate

• Prior relevant experience of 8yrs – 12yrs

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English language

• Any technical certification would be an added advantage • Sound knowledge of MS Office; should be proficient in Excel & MS Word

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication skills – both written and oral

• Ability to align security policies with business requirements

• Flair for translating security requirements into security controls and measure

• Attention to detail

• Ability to perform root cause analysis and deliver strategic recommendations during client reviews.

• Project management skills and an ability to translate business requirements into deliverables.

• Certified CPP Professional

Additional requirement:

• Should be open to travel
