Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Penetration Tester/Red Team professional to join our dynamic security team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in Red Teaming Security Assessments and demonstrate a strong ability to identify vulnerabilities and exploit weaknesses in various systems and applications. This role is critical in enhancing our security posture and ensuring the integrity of our information systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Red Team assessments to simulate real world attacks and evaluate the effectiveness of security controls.
• Identify, exploit, and document vulnerabilities in applications, networks, and systems.
• Develop and execute advanced penetration testing methodologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to provide actionable recommendations for remediation.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of security training programs.
• Participate in incident response activities and provide expertise during security incidents.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in Red Teaming Security Assessments.
• Strong knowledge of penetration testing tools and techniques (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, etc.).
• Expertise in network and application security, including web applications, APIs, and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and their security configurations.
• Ability to think like an attacker and develop creative exploitation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CEH, or equivalent.
• Experience with threat modeling and risk assessment methodologies.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, OWASP, etc.) and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
• Experience in social engineering and physical security assessments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in penetration testing, Red Teaming, or a related security role.
• Proven track record of successfully conducting security assessments and delivering results.
